As the weather becomes increasingly cold, many families across Frederick County without a reliable source of heat dread the chill of winter.
This is why United Way of Frederick County team up with Constellation Home to give one family in need A Gift of Warmth—a new high-efficiency heating system. Constellation Home will be donating and installing a new high-efficiency heating system for a family in need.
If you know a family member, friend, neighbor, or someone in the community who is in need of A Gift of Warmth this holiday season, please nominate them.
The system replaced must be an existing ducted system compatible with the new system. This offer excludes: new construction, oil systems, homes with no existing ductwork and mobile homes. Accessories such as an air cleaner, humidifier, etc. are not included.
How do I nominate someone?
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3:
- Visit Constellation HOME's Website and apply before December 1, 2025.
- Tell us why your nominee should be selected by filling out a short questionnaire.
- Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of United Way volunteers. If your nominee is selected, a representative from Constellation Home will contact you.
