The Volunteer Center: Giving Back Service

Volunteers a make difference in Frederick County!

Through United Way of Frederick County's JustServe Volunteer Center, each affiliated volunteer project is designed to support ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) households.  Projects range from skilled volunteers for United Way’s VITA (Volunteers in Tax Assistance) program to serving at a local food kitchen, from the Stuff the Bus school supply drive to serving at a local mental health nonprofit, or from volunteering at Day of Action to providing rides to those in need.  Individuals can sign up, or we can provide wide variety of business volunteer-matching partnerships.

Please contact Serena Balassi at sbalassi@uwfrederick.org with any questions regarding the JustServe Volunteer Center.
